Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Incense SEO ("Service") at seo.special-equip.com, operated by special-equip.com. By using Incense SEO you agree to these Terms.
TikTok integration terms
When you connect your TikTok account to Incense SEO, you authorize us to access your data through TikTok's official API under scope user.info.basic. This is read-only access — Incense SEO never posts, modifies, or deletes your TikTok content. You may revoke access anytime from your TikTok settings.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of Incense SEO, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and accept these Terms.
2. Description of service
Incense SEO is a TikTok video analysis tool that:
- Accepts a TikTok video URL as input from the user
- Analyzes the captions, themes, and content structure of the video
- Generates 10 similar video script recommendations based on the same content scheme
- Optionally connects to your TikTok account via OAuth 2.0 to fetch your video list for analysis
Incense SEO provides read-only analysis. We never post, modify, or delete content on your TikTok account.
3. Account registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@special-equip.com of any suspected unauthorized use.
4. TikTok account authorization
- You grant Incense SEO a limited, revocable license to access your TikTok data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You represent that you own or are authorized to grant access to the TikTok account you connect
- Revoking access in TikTok settings immediately stops Incense SEO from retrieving new data
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: violate TikTok's Terms of Service; attempt to access TikTok data belonging to unauthorized users; reverse-engineer or circumvent any part of Incense SEO; use the service for unlawful purposes; or resell the service without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
Incense SEO and its analysis algorithms are owned by special-equip.com. Your TikTok content remains your property.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8. Third-party services
Incense SEO integrates with TikTok for Developers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
INCENSE SEO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT VIDEO SCRIPT RECOMMENDATIONS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Incense SEO in the 12 months preceding any claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
12. Changes
Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
